My name is Candida Crasto, welcome to my website! I have had the privilege of learning, experimenting, and working in a number of different capacities. I am currently based in Cincinnati, OH, but you may find me sharing time in my communities across the globe!
C3 Fitness UnLimited, established in 2014, is an endurance coaching business. Since its inception, I have coached individual runners and triathletes; group cycling, bootcamp, HIIT, strength, and yoga classes; and high school track and field, cross country, and rowing teams.
In addition to fitness I work with all of my clients to develop a strong sense of authenticity. I find that the most meaningful question to answer is, "Why?" With this pursuit we can slowly start to shape our lives around what we value rather than what is expected of us. Once we know the answer to why we will work together on determining how.
Cultivate Psychotherapy LLC is a DBA for content created in the vane of exploring and building my competence and expertise in the field of psychotherapy. Here you can find resources that I've collected over the course of my studies, research, and interviews that I believe help to supplement any self-development practices.

#SEXHAPPENS is a podcast developed to start a movement around de-stigmatizing STIs. STIs are a normal risk of sex, and in most cases don't prevent people from living a full, happy, and healthy life. Naming the stigma, stories, and shame experienced by people with STIs and their allies will allow a more educated and compassionate approach to changing how we think about sex.

Cool Jane is a company which I founded in 2020 to build a community, a conversation, and accessible products to de-stigmatize and simplify the impact of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). It is the umbrella for the #SEXHAPPENS podcast, and will evolve into a company that aims to fully support a community of people with positive statuses and positive attitudes.
